Rice eggplants and peppers

Ingredients
3 roasted eggplant
4 peppers
2 grated tomatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 pressed garlic cloves
1 tbsp flour
salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp veggie

Method
In skillet heat the oil and add the tomatoes, and then chopped peeled eggplants and peppers. Add and other products (not flour) and make a cup of water. Stir and pour fuzzy meal. Allow to simmer for about 5-10 minutes and then is removed from the fire. Optional can be crushed feta cheese on the plate portion.

Mmm .. delicious proposal. But little sounds like Aubergine .. Right now is the season of our your vegetables.

Desi Yes, something like that, but only that of stew stove and thicken with flour. I know the recipe from my mother - her summer doing regularly, sometimes even put egg and becomes a mash-up.

ordained a mess and very pleased. I did it with crumbled cheese and egg and became mishmash. BRAVO Maggie!

Now do almost the same recipe, but I put the zucchini and onions and I can not put Bra-but;) to see what happens;)

Vesi, can you get a little more liquid mess otherwise courgettes will become even more beautiful and taste :)
