Rice with mushrooms and olives

Ingredients
1 cup long-grain rice
2 carrots
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
100 g mushrooms mushrooms
50 ml light beer
100 g olives
vegeta, curry, pepper
soy sauce, parsley, dill
sunflower oil, olive oil

Method
Rice was washed and boiled in salted water, then washed with cold water and drained. In a large stick pan heat oil, enough to cover the bottom. Fry the onion is first (thin crescents) and carrots (Sticks) for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic (sticks) and mushrooms (thin slices). Fry 2 minutes under continuous agitation. Add beer, soy sauce, dry spices and olives (pitted and chopped). When the liquid boil off and the vegetables are soft, put the rice and green spices. Stir a few minutes to flavor the rice and remove from heat.

It was very tasty. Great combination of flavors and spices. I put extra olives that love them.
