Rice pudding with blueberries and pistachios

Ingredients
2 and 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup Rice
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pistachio
Method
Boil the milk, rice, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice and cinnamon. Allow to simmer for 25-30 minutes while occasionally stirring. Add cranberries and pistachios (leaving little for decoration). Removed from, the fire, and cooled. When serving decorate with cranberries and pistachios.
