Rice soup with cheese

Ingredients
1/2 cup Rice
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 onion
2 tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
1 tsp salt
parsley
Method
1 liter of water is placed in a pan and put the stove. Once the water boils add the salt, the oil and chopped onion. Allow to boil for several minutes. Then add the chopped and peeled tomatoes and clean rice. Stir and allow to boil for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Cover is to stifle a minute soup is ready for serving.
