Rice wine with mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh field mushrooms
100 g butter
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp thyme
250 g cream
2 tbsp flour
Method
The butter is heated in a pan and add the mushrooms. After fry on all sides, add the flour, stir for a few minutes and pour the wine. After another 1-2 minutes, stirring, cream and thyme. After the mess boil is served immediately.
