Rice with yogurt

Ingredients
2 cups Rice
2 cup yoghurt
Copper
walnuts
cinnamon optional
Method
Rice is cleaned and washed, then boiled, but not Muffler. Cooked rice is left in a colander to drain better than water. During this time the yogurt sweetened with honey to taste and added to well drained cooked rice. Divide into portions and each portion is sprinkled with ground walnuts and cinnamon (optional). Allow to stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour or two to cool nice dessert and to soak the rice is better than milk. * It is not necessary to add the entire amount of yogurt. It can be added at least until a desired ratio.
