Roasted cauliflower with cream

Ingredients
2.5-3 kg cauliflower
salt
2 onions
80 g butter
100 g flour
1 l cream
pepper
grated nutmeg
400 g grated feta cheese (eg Gouda)

Method
Forms are smeared with butter. Cauliflower separated into florets, stathe base Peel and coarsely chopped and everything boil for about 5 minutes in salted water without softening completely. Remove and distribute the forms. Attention is 1.5 liters of broth cauliflower and allow to cool. Heat oven to 200 C. Cut the onion cubes and fry in the butter. Add flour gradually and stew about 2 minutes until foaming. Make the broth from cauliflower, stirring. Boil 15 minutes, add the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. In the sauce mix 200 g feta cheese and it is distributed over cauliflower. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese. Cauliflower bake 20-25 minutes at medium oven (fan 180 ° C).
