Roasted goose

Ingredients
1 young goose
1 apple
sugar
marjoram
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned goose add salt, sprinkle pepper and marjoram inside and out, filled with peeled apple, which is cleaned seed and in its place is inserted sugar. Goose baked, often watered with oil and water. Serve with stewed apples or a salad.
