Roasted peppers with bacon

Ingredients
3 peppers - red, yellow and green
300 g bacon
# For the marinade:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp parsley, dill, coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, salt

Method
Peppers are cleaned and cut into julienne and marinated 1 hour in the shattered marinade. Bacon cut into thin strips. On each strip, cross rank by a green, red and yellow pepper strips. Wound on a roll and are attached with a stick. Arrange in a greased baking dish and baked at 200 C 15-20 minutes. When serving decorate with sprigs of parsley and dill.
