Roasted peppers in Panagyurski

8 roasted and peeled red peppers
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp flour
200 ml yogurt
1/4 bunch parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper

Peppers cut julienne width. Place to be fried in the heated strong olive oil, then add a little flour and. After fry until golden and put yogurt. The dish add salt and stew for another 5-8 minutes, then was removed from heat. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and pepper.

Joro peppers are amazing. Try and you will not regret. I've done it hundreds of times and always licking your fingers.

Optionally, if you add the garlic will be more delicious!

I made a recipe of pure curiosity, because I might do, but instead of k. BC put milk. milk. I put garlic is nice!

It's really fast. With BC. Milk taste (in my opinion) is quite a different. As you wrote with k. milk not only like, but any taste (again in my opinion). I loved it. I released a photo.
