Roll in Swabian

Ingredients
375 g flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp pork lard
150 g smoked brisket
1 onion
200 g spinach
Method
Involved dough of flour, eggs, pork lard, 3 tbsp water. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Cut the breasts into cubes and fry. Add them spinach and onions. Pour 1/2 cup hot water and boil gently for about 20 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly. Distribute the stuffing on top. Wound on a roll. Cut to 12 portions and arrange in pre-greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven to 220 C. Bake 25 minutes.
