Salad hundred

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g roasted peppers
500 g mushrooms
sunflower oil
vinegar
salt
savory
Method
Potatoes baked in the oven. Mushrooms are cleaned, cut and smothered in a pan without adding fat or water. Once the potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes add to chopped roasted peppers and mushrooms. Salad seasoned with vinegar, sunflower oil and salt and is ready for consumption.
