Salad of mussels

Ingredients
1.5 kg scallops
1 lemon
1 onion
1 bunch dill
salt
olive oil

Method
Mussels are placed in boiling salted water for a few minutes until dissolved shells. Those who have remained closed, disposed of the rest are removed from the shell. Lemon wash well and cut with sheet in small pieces, optional can be grated at in large pieces grater. Onion and dill cut also in small piecesers and with lemon added to the mussels. The salad is seasoned with salt and olive oil and place in refrigerator for several hours.

Very tasty salad. I only used the juice from limona- without sheet. Soon in prepared, but I forgot to write :)
