Salad of roasted peppers with eggs and tomatoes

Ingredients
4-5 red peppers
1 tomato
3 tbsp olive oil
50 g feta cheese
8-10 olives
1 boiled egg
sprig of parsley
pinch of dried basil
salt
vinegar

Method
Basil soak in the oil and allowed to stand for several hours. Cut the peppers and seasoned with a little salt and vinegar (if not canned).
