Ingredients
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil or butter
1/2 tsp paprika
parsley
salt
pepper

Method
In a pan put 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil or butter and when it was hot add the crumbled feta cheese. Stir several times and pour the beaten eggs in advance. Continues to stir constantly until eggs are firm. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with chopped parsley.
