Shepherd's pie

450 g lamb mince
1 red onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery (only the handle)
400 g tomatoes canned in its own juice
6 potatoes
50 ml milk
100 g sour cream
30 g butter
10 g cumin
10 g nutmeg
1 bay leaf
50 ml olive oil
50 ml soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
pepper, salt
Minced meat is kneaded with pepper, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, olive oil and soy sauce. Peel the potatoes, cut and put to boil with 1 clove of garlic. Stalk of celery cut into rings, onion - of polumestsi, grated carrot. Smothered with olive oil, soy sauce, cumin and 150 ml water. Minced meat stew separately and added to the vegetables together with tomatoes. Stew for another 5 minutes. In separate bowl pour the cream, the milk, the butter, olive oil, nutmeg and bay leaf. Put to boil, then remove bay leaf. The mixture is added to the drained and mashed potatoes. Mix to give a good mashed potatoes. In a fireproof container pour meat mixture and spread well. Cover with mashed potatoes in an even layer. Bake in the oven at 180C, 25 minutes.
