Shortcake with quinces

Ingredients
100 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
250 g flour
1/2 cup milk
baking powder 1
lemon zest
pinch of salt
1 large quince
powdered sugar for sprinkling or jelly spreads
Method
The butter and sugar to a fluffy cream. Add eggs one at a time, flour, lemon zest and milk with baking powder. Pour dough into shape, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. It is followed on thin slices of quince. Bake in a moderate oven. Remove and smeared with jelly or with powdered sugar. Cut once cool.
