Soda pita

Ingredients
450 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
800 g sifted flour

Method
In a large bowl, break the eggs, add milk and salt and stir well with a wooden spoon. Then add baking soda, stir and soon begins to effervesce start Pour the flour gradually with constant stirring. The resulting paste on a soft dough sprinkled with flour and knead plane briefly. Spread bottom of a small baking dish (28 cm diameter) with sunflower oil and place the dough ball. Pour it so that to take the whole tray and Spread the pita with sunflower oil. Do not pierce with a fork. Place in a cold oven and then turn the upper and lower heaters to maximum. Upon reaching 200C degrees, reducing 180C. Bake 20-30 minutes. Check not to burn. Once roasted remove it from the pan, wrap in the appropriate paper (wrapping), and then in cotton cloth. So wrapped put on sheet for eggs. Let stand for 15-20 minutes and your meal.

I have prepared for it this recipe, but the result had nothing to do with bread. I'm not sure because of the eggs or something else, but just barely effervescent soda and then after 20 minutes (if not more). With 800 g of flour to get quite sticky mixture that could be mixed. Need to add more flour. Bread is not sounded - was its size, which was like put it in the baking pan. The end result was something like baked thick dough.
