Souffle with cheese and dry bread

Ingredients
300 g of dry bread
750 ml milk
250 g cheese
100 g butter
5 eggs
2 tbsp flour
pepper
salt

Method
Bread, cut into small pieces , pour the milk. Once watered sufficiently, add the egg yolks, beaten with salt, pepper and 75 g of melted butter. Mix well until the mixture is uniform. Add 180 g grated cheese and egg whites previously broken snow. The resulting mixture was stirred lightly and poured into deep pots, which are coated with the remaining butter and sprinkled with flour. Was placed on top the rest of the grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at a high initial temperature is reduced to moderate. The pots must be removed immediately, because the sudden change in temperature can lead to a drop in soufflé. Can be served with tomato juice or salad.
