Soup of lamb liver

Ingredients
400 g lamb liver
1 onion, chopped in large pieces
1 carrot
black pepper, salt
50 g spinach, chopped
Soup of lamb liver

Method
All products are mixed and flooded with 1.7 liters of water. Boil until cooked liver.

The idea is good, but if you become successful and cancer, not lamb?
