Spaghetti with mayonnaise and skinless sausages

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tsp salt
400 g mayonnaise
7-8 tbsp chutney
1-2 tbsp margarine
3 skinless sausages
Method
Pasta placed in boiling salted water, which had been added the oil. Boil 7-8 minutes and rinse. Add margarine and mix until melted. Add coarsely chopped skinless sausages. Add chutney and mix well. Then add the mayonnaise and again stirred well. Serve warm.

Then, it will put such a large amount of mayonnaise, why put and margarine? If a fragrance-let is oil. Spaghetti with what water is rinsed?

With cold water rinsed. Margarine put to not stick spaghetti or at least I always put.
