Spaghetti with mince and kyopolou

500 g spaghetti
1 cube vegetable broth
about 40-50 g sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
500 g minced meat
6 tbsp cream cheese
6 tbsp kyopolou
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 cucumber
paprika, savory, salt
