Method

Spaghetti put in boiling water to boil. During this time, fry the minced meat in a pan with a little sunflower oil, as a spatula, form small balls. Ketchup or tomato paste mixed with garlic powder and the mixture thicken for a few minutes on slow fire. Pasta served in a dish put first cooked spaghetti on them put the minced meat, grated feta cheese and pour the sauce.

I have a deputy who cooks delicious recipes here.

This recipe comes close to my way of preparation. Here in Greece, spaghetti with home. sauce and mince make quite often, and I'm simplify their preparation for our taste. Minced meat put in braised onions, mess and leave to boil with a little water. Add salt, pepper and tomato paste and let it cook on a slow fire. Serve over spaghetti and scatter with Parmesan or other hard cheese.
