Spanish croquettes

Ingredients
250 g minced meat pork
250 g minced meat veal
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 egg
pepper
salt
sunflower oil for frying
breadcrumbs
Method
Fry the meat in a little sunflower oil, while give a light brown color, pour some of the fat , sprinkle with flour, fry, the bay with fresh milk and boil until mixture thickens. Add beaten egg, add salt, seasoned and warm. Are made croquettes, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of fat. Serve with tomato sauce.

In Spain mainly consumed croquettes with chicken and ham, live in Spain from 6d. and samrabotila in restaurants and I have not yet met croquettes with minced meat. I do not know why in Bulgaria using this recipe.

A, and before you rolled in breadcrumbs is rolled in or stirred eggs.

I also provided with live in Spain and I know the recipe with minced meat, are very tasty. But do not put egg vytre only minced kyltsan chesyn, beef bouillon cube, parsley, 3 lyzhitsi flour and 1 liter of milk. Table 1 night stays and make croquettes, rolled in egg and breadcrumbs and pyrzhat.
