Spicy pork with bulgur

Ingredients
500 g pork
2 cup bulgur
3 onions
7 tbsp butter
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 cups water
1 tsp pepper
1-2 chillies optional
salt
Method
Chopped onion fry in a little butter. Add the meat. Stews while the fat remains. Add tomato paste, pepper and 1 cup water. Meat boil until ready. Pulling from the fire. The bulgur is washed and fry with the remaining butter and hot peppers are optional. Taste and pour 2 cups water. The whole dish Transfer the pan and bake until issuance of the water.
