Ingredients
3 eggs
500 ml milk
250 g flour
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
300 g cream for cooking
500 g spinach
pepper
salt
parsley
pinch of sugar
sunflower oil
Method
Prepare a standard pancake batter and to this is added the chopped and milled spinach. Fry to pancakes. Chop is finely and stew. To it add the mushrooms and continue stew. Finally, add the garlic and cream. Season with spices. The resulting mixture is bends in pancakes.
