In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. The butter and sugar are broken at medium speed until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time, add the buttermilk. To the oil was added to the mixed dry ingredients. The mixture was stirred for 2-3 minutes. In a buttered form (25 cm) pour 2/3 of the dough and sprinkle with 20 broken biscuits. Pour remaining batter and sprinkle top evenly with remaining pieces of biscuits. Bake for 45 minutes at 180-200 C and then reduced to 150-160 C (15-20 minutes). Test with a stick. Allow once ready for 10 minutes in the mold and cooled in an array.

The picture is wonderful. And the taste May irresistible. Easy, fast and original. Well done.

Vesi, what is this white glaze? Looks very appetizing. Bravo for the idea ,, with Oreo.

glaze of butter, powdered sugar and a few tablespoons of buttermilk, the author of the recipe had no buttermilk and had been used for keksa1 3/4 h. H BC. Ml. plus 1 3/4 in. L of vinegar, which are mixed prior to the addition of 5 minutes.

Why in the recipe does not mention where you put buttermilk glaze it for you?

missed'm correct ........ thank you :)

when seasoning the middle with broken biscuits put them on the periphery by rain and the rest, they themselves will be repositioned in the middle. :)

I did it and I liked butter acquires good taste - than with oil :)

Delicious_girl, very glad that you liked it :)

Does Heat the oven?

loved us! Cake is great! Well, mine is *almost* Oreo :) I did it with other cookies, but with them is great. The recipe is successful (I, however, did half the dose seemed to me very, quantity) :)

Vesi, is magnificent! Again in other crackers (such I had available) and now I made 2/3 of the dose (the first time was 1/2). , I see, comes the all :) :)
