Sponge muffins

5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
7 g baking powder
100 g chocolate
1/3 cup cream
sugar syrup or juice compote
cream and candy for decoration

Eggs are broken with sugar until fluffy. Add pre-sifted with baking powder, flour, spoon by spoon. Stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into muffin trays, as previously put paper baskets. Filled almost to the brim. Bake on 160C fan. The oven is preheated. Check with a toothpick. Once you are ready to syrup and filled with melted chocolate mixed with cream (something like Ghana) - may be replaced with chocolate spread. Decorate with whipped cream and candy.

Ive, very beautiful! To *be filled with molten chocolate* suppose to carve a little?

For filling use attachments which are filled eclairs.Long and thin nozzle spray.Must be done with excavation in the middle.Glad you liked it.

Many are delicious mafinchetata, decked them as monsters for Halloween and New Year will be a super Christmas trees :)
