Steak with white wine

Ingredients
2 steaks (about 3 cm thick)
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
40 g butter
1-2 sprigs of parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Steaks are coated on both sides with sunflower oil, sprinkle with pepper and leave to stand for one hour. Fry on both sides in a highly heated sunflower oil, pour the wine and stew on low heat for 4 minutes. Steaks are placed in warmed dishes salting. Wine should be evaporated to syrupy. Court be removed from the fire, add the chopped butter and again placed on the stove until the butter is melted and sauce is thickened. Finally add the parsley. Steaks pour the sauce and serve immediately.
