Ingredients
5 pork chops
500 mushrooms (fresh or pickled)
200 g processed cheese
1 carrot
1 onion
pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 pm. h. water
1 cube vegetable broth
Method
Chops lightly salted, put them savory, rank in the pan, add the mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic sliced. Insert the broth, processed cheese and pepper and 2 cups water and turns with fthe oil. Bake for 2 hours under fthe oil, then the dish and bake slightly. Serve with mashed potatoes.
