Steamed potatoes with leeks

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3-4 leeks
3 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g cheese
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper

Method
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into cubes . Add the chopped leeks and salt, pour hot water enough to cover the vegetables and let them boil. When the potatoes and leeks soften, add the oil and parsley and again dovaryavame on low heat. Serve the dish sprinkled with grated cheese.

I put less leeks and put thyme, a little white wine and a little chicken broth and a clove of garlic.
