Stew of okra and onions

Ingredients
500 g okra
4 onions
3 tomatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp flour
parsley
salt
Method
Okra is cleared, washed well and put to soak for 1 hour in lukewarm water with vinegar. Finely chopped onion stew in the oil and to it add chopped tomatoes. Okra is drained from the water, washed once thoroughly with cold water, drained and added to the onions and tomatoes. Dish add salt, add hot water, enough to cover the vegetables and boil sandwiching court until okra is tender. Add fuzzy little flour and water parsley and a few minutes removed from the fire.
