Stewed chicken with black currant

Ingredients
1 chicken (1-1.2 kg)
1 stalk leek
1 cup fresh black currant
1 carrot
1 pepper
sunflower oil
salt
# For garnish:
1 kg potatoes
1/2 bunch of dill
2-3 cloves garlic
Method
Chicken washed and cut into portions. In a deep skillet heat the sunflower oil and fry the meat for 7-8 minutes. Leeks are washed and cut, currants cleaned, washed and left to drain the water. Peel the carrot and cut straws, pepper cleaned and cut. To fried chicken to the pan and add the onion black currant. Kotlonat reduced and mix everything until black currant not release the juice. Then add the carrot and pepper. All fry, stirring for 8-10 minutes, add 250 ml water and stew over medium heat about 25-30 minutes. Occasionally stir and add salt. Serve with boiled potatoes sprinkled with chopped dill and garlic.
