Stewed chicken, garnished with celery

Ingredients
1 large chicken
fat
1 onion
2 carrots
1 slice celery
pepper, salt
1 cup wine
1 head celery
butter
Method
Cut chicken into portions and fry it in oil. Add the chopped onion, carrots and celery slices. Fill a little water and stew until tender. Finally, sprinkle with pepper and pour wine. Serve meat, garnished with slices of boiled celery head drenched in melted butter and a salad of beetroot.
