The lamb is cut into pieces for kebabs and sprinkle with spices. Rubbed with mustard and allowed to stand to cool for 2-3 hours. Mushrooms cut into slices and mix with bits of meat. Everything is placed in an envelope for baking, add the red wine and the bag is closed by making small holes with a needle in several places. Place in pan and bake in preheated oven for about an hour. Serve garnished with rice or potatoes. * It is best to devesilat mint and fresh, but if you do it with dried or frozen.

Again masterpiece, fries and how they do it?

Thank you! I generally do not like lamb, but my guests liked it very prepared in this way. Can be done and ready to fix spices (as Maggie - Little Secrets of juicy chicken with paprika). Potatoes recipe Potatoes Master, cut them gently comb them and sprinkled with spices and top to seasoned better.

Well, Milencha - again given it your very tasty! And looks very tempting!

Thank you, Ina! Hopefully you is delicious if you cook it!
