Stewed legs with leeks

Ingredients
4 chicken legs
4 carrots
potatoes 4
2 leeks
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup chicken broth
Method
Legs are dry, add salt and fry in oil until browned. Remove and place in a clay casseroles. In the same fat fry 2 minutes coarsely chopped onions, carrots, potatoes and leeks. Pour broth and transferred under legs. Clay stew is sealed with a lid and bake 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C. Then vegetables Strain sauce and the resulting strain. Legs arranged in Plateau, pour the sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
