Stewed-roasted chicken with sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken
150 ml white wine
50 ml soy sauce or unisos Maggie
condiment for roast chicken
75 g butter
150 ml milk

Method
Chicken wash well and salted inside and out with spice for roast chicken. Place in a suitable tray. Pour 1 soil water, add the white wine, soy sauce, milk and fat. Bake at moderately heated oven at 200 C. Optional may be covered for 40 minutes with foil, then removing fthe oil and allowed to seal until crusted. If you do not foil can Rinse occasionally with the sauce in the pan.
