Mix soft butter, sugar, chopped walnuts, raisins, chopped apricots , rind of 1/2 lemon and cinnamon. Mix well. Wash apples and carve them, but be careful not to puncture the bottom. Fill them with the prepared stuffing and arrange them in a baking dish, pour a little water and bake at 200C degrees. Shortly before they are ready, remove them in every apple pour 1 tsp honey. Return to oven for a few minutes until melted honey and flow over the apples. A great dessert.
