Flour is kneaded in the usual way by adding water, and leave to rise. From the dough is divided into 12 equal balls and one more. Big ball rolled a thick crust size tray in which you will bake. On the skin smeared with tomato, grated be skinless sausage or cut in small pieces. In 12 equal balls are kneaded nice and put a piece of feta cheese and good kneaded and piecing the side of the tray so as to obtain a range of balls. that is smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkled with sesame optional or other seeds. Leave to rise and bake at about 200C until ready finally grated cheese at the skinless sausages and bake until ready cheese, maybe sprinkled with savory.
