Stuffed peppers with fish

Ingredients
600 g peppers
600 g fillet of zander
80 g butter
50 g of tomato paste
100 g smoked salo
50 g mustard
# For the marinade:
1/2 onion
1 / 2 head celery
1 parsley root
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns
1 cup vinegar
1 cup Water
salt
Method
Marinara is made from water, vinegar and chopped herbs. The fish is put in it to stand for 1-2 hours. The peppers are washed and cleaned of seeds. The fish is removed from the marinade. Each piece is coated with mustard, wrapped with a strip of smoked salo of roll. Peppers are filled with finished rolls and arrange with brushed with butter fireproof container. Tomato paste is diluted with a little hot water and pour over peppers. Put them in the oven to constipation.
