Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
2-3 tomatoes
1 onion
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Method
In the oil fry the chopped onion. Add the minced meat and spices and fry until ready. Cut the flaps of tomatoes and carefully carved inside them, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat. Stew for 5-6 minutes and remove from fire. As cool mince, it filled their tomatoes and closes the lid.
