Stuffed tomatoes with tuna and anchovies

Ingredients
6 red tomatoes
300 g tuna in olive oil
200 g anchovy fillets in olive oil
150 g green olives
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Both types of fish drained of oil. Tuna is pressed. Set aside 6 olives and other stones are removed and crushed in a mortar, add to the fish. With wooden spoon stir the margarine and add to the fish mixture. And add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and some chopped parsley. Stir the mixture well and fill pre hollowed tomatoes. Arrange the tomatoes on a plate. On each tomato cross from anchovy fillets and put on one olive. Between tomatoes put sprigs of parsley and lemon slices.
