Ingredients
500 g large apricots
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup cream or thick yogurt
Method
Apricots are washed and put in a deep pan. Add the sugar, lemon juice and bake until tender and liquid fruit tray thickens to a syrup. Bake 20-25 minutes. Apricots are removed and carefully fill with cream (yogurt). Leave in the refrigerator and served cold, sprinkled with walnuts and cinnamon.

I guess this dessert can be made with other fruits - according to the season. Given the aroma of apricots will certainly be very nice dessert.
