Sweet banitsa with zucchini

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
1.2 kg cooking zucchini
250-300 g of sugar
50 g breadcrumbs
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sunflower oil
optional - in large pieces chopped walnuts

Method
Courgettes are peeled and grated. Leave some time inclined container to drain the juice. A crust is sprinkled with a little sunflower oil.
