Ingredients
1 kg mixed mushrooms - porcini, chanterelle, trabenki, sazhdivki
4 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
3 cloves garlic (or more)
2 tbsp butter
1 handful parsley, chopped finely
2 handfuls of grated feta cheese Parmesan
the juice of 1/2 lemon
400 g tagliatelle (about 100 g of dry pasta portion)
Method
Mushrooms are erased with a clean cloth, the larger is tear. Olive oil is heated very strongly, mushrooms are put into it, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry uncovered until halfway volume. Mushrooms are put lemon juice, the butter, crushed garlic and parsley, stir well, remove from heat. The paste is placed in boiling water and boiled for that package and drain time. Parmezanat sprinkle over the mushrooms, put tagliatelle, stir and serve immediately.
