Tenderloin with Dijon sauce

Ingredients
1 slice pork fillet
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4-5 cloves tsesan
250 g cooking cream
salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary
parsley
1 cube of meat broth
1-2 tbsp margarine or sunflower oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
150 g cheese
Method
Fillet cut into steaks, put in a pan with 1-2 tbsp margarine, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and rosemary fry until ready. Separately, in a bowl mix the cream, mustard and pressed garlic. When the meat is ready pour sauce (cream, mustard and garlic), triturated broth and simmer 10-15 minutes sprinkle with a little lemon sauce and grated cheese. Get out of the heat and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with steamed vegetables of your choice.
