Terrine of spinach

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 leeks
2 cloves garlic
600 g spinach
250 ml milk
2 red peppers, maybe baked
1 tsp curry
3/4 tsp pepper
5 eggs
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
salt

Method
In the heated skillet sauté chopped leek, crushed garlic and spinach. Remove from heat and stir in 60 ml milk. Add peppers, salt, curry powder, pepper and the feta cheese. Separately, whisk the eggs with the remaining milk and add to spinach mixture. Pour into the baking dish on baking paper. Place in a large pan filled halfway with hot water. Bake in a water bath for about 1 hour at 180 C. When the baking is removed from the water bath and allow to cool completely. It is better then to sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Attention is a suitable dish and arrange.
