Tripe in savory sauce

Ingredients
1 kg tripe
100 g butter
150 ml tomato juice
200 g cheese
pepper salt
1-2 cloves garlic
bay leaf
Method
Clean belly and put to boil. Then cut into chunks. Distributed in refractory buy tripe, butter, tomato sauce, spices and cheese on top. Bowls are topped with lids and put in a moderate oven, maybe in a microwave oven for about 5 minutes.
