Turkey with vegetables

Ingredients
600 g of turkey meat
100 g carrots
100 g red peppers
200 g mushrooms
200 g onions
100 g peas
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
Tharos
Method
Turkey meat, carrots and peppers cut into chunks, mushrooms fried in sunflower oil and add the garlic to the end. Take clay and arrange meat stew, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peas and red peppers until finished products, then add the red pepper, salt, Tharos, pour the sunflower oil and a little water. Bake at moderate oven for about about 2 hours.
