Ingredients
450 g puff pastry
400 g minced meat
1/3 cup milk
1 slice of dry bread
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
little grated nutmeg
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Onions and garlic finely and sauté in the oil and salt. Then add a little water fuzzy mince. Fry until the water boil off. Add one egg and all spices. Mix well and remove from heat. Add soaked in milk and squeezed bread. Puff pastry is divided into two parts - one is larger, which is put into an oiled baking dish so that the edges coming out of the tray. Pour the mixture. Cover with second crust and the edges of the bottom crust is folded on top. Top Prick with a fork in several places and is coated with beaten egg second. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden.
